Payment in the salon is cash only. To pay by card, pay online when you book.
Lateness, Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will be charged a £15 late fee, and your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled.
Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the service price, or your booking may become non-refundable.
Patch Test & Colour
A patch test is required at least 48 hours before your appointment for all new colour clients, and for any client who has not had a colour service with us in the last 6 months.
We cannot carry out your colour appointment without a valid patch test.
Clients who book a colour appointment but do not attend their required patch test will not be eligible for a refund. The appointment can only be rescheduled once the patch test has been completed.
Appointment times are an estimate and may take longer depending on your hair length, thickness, colour history and desired result.
If additional toner or colour product is needed to achieve your desired result, there is an extra charge of £15 per additional toner/product.
Some colour transformations and colour corrections may need multiple appointments to achieve your desired result while keeping your hair healthy.
Any additional costs will be discussed with you during your consultation before we go ahead.

At Bebe's, it's a 1-to-1 personal consultation service offering friendly haircuts, blow drying, keratin-blowdry, highlights and colouring services.
During your visit, you can expect Amaya's highly knowledgeable and attentive service, taking the time to understand your needs and make helpful recommendations.
We're here to make sure that you’re comfortable throughout your visit and endeavour to pay attention to every small detail, working efficiently to get your hair as you want it.
